Thermal Insulation

Thermal insulation that makes heat dissipation difficult, used in construction and characterized by its high thermal resistance. Establishes a barrier to the passage of heat to the hose.

Fiberglass sleeve

For hoses, high temperature and heat resistant (648º C).

1200ºF / 648ºC: High temperature for short periods.

This braided sleeve is made of high quality E-type fiberglass, which will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure from a temperature up to 1200ºF / 648ºC.

This material is resistant to most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable . The fiber base is manufactured to specifications of ASTM D-578.

Ceramic fiber sleeve

For hoses, high temperature and heat resistant (1093º C).

2000ºF / 1093ºC: High temperature for short periods.

This braided sleeve is made of a high quality ceramic fiber, which will not burn and will withstand a continuous exposure of a temperature up to 2000ºF / 1200ºC.

Soft and flexible, free of asbestos .
